GAWLER RANGES:
Between the Flinders Ranges and the Nullarbor Plain lie the Gawler Ranges.
Ancient volcanic hills are surrounded by plains with myall trees and blue bush on red soils. There are expansive white shimmering salt lakes and densely covered sand hills which bloom with wildflowers after rains.
We explore these areas from base camps before returning to Adelaide along the spectacular and secluded coastline of the Eyre Peninsula.
For a good look at where we go please see the best of our Gawler Ranges photos. |
